As a result of this latest ‘spike’ in Covid cases and the recent COVID-19 public health orders  impacting the greater Sydney, Blue Mountains, Central Coast, Wollongong and Shellharbour areas, Purpose. People Solutions has compiled a brief list of recommendations and considerations that may be relevant for your business.

Some businesses and industries may be able to continue to continue to operate as normal while others may need to make some modifications. If you are able to continue operating, here are some points to consider;

·        Check your QR code and ensure customers are signing in/out

·        Champion the use of masks!

·        Temperature checks

·        Allow your people to work from home

·        Where work from home is not possible, vary start/finish hours

·        Operate using split shifts

·        Use contactless pick up options

·        Contactless visitor check in / out systems

·        Move your meetings to ‘virtual’ meetings

·        Reiterate good hygiene practices

·        Review your cleaning regimes

·        Encourage people to stay at home if they are unwell

·        Have a plan in place if one of your team or a customer is tested Covid positive
