My purpose is to help you, the business owner, reduce the stress, confusion and amount of time that comes with the technical aspects of employing people. My aim is to free you from time-consuming specialist tasks, so that you can do what you do best. As the founder of Purpose. People Solutions, I coach, advise, then help you implement contemporary human resources tools and methods. I also provide leadership-development practices for your business, be it large or small.

Passion

I believe in human resources mastery, not mystery. My passion is to help businesses thrive because people trust you, their leader; they enjoy working with their colleagues in a respectful and professional environment, and most importantly, they know that the work they do makes a difference.

Love of the Job

And just quietly, I love my job. Meaningful work matters greatly to me. And to balance out the personal with the professional, I enjoy the sea breeze from the office and make sure I savour the surf views on the train commute to Sydney from my home on the beautiful NSW South Coast.
