As a consultant for Purpose People Solutions, I have an extensive background in Human Resources. My expertise lies in employment relations, workplace investigations, and health and safety.

Background

My background includes working at senior level positions at BUPA, including, most recently, Head of People Advisory, managing a large team of HR consultants and administration staff. After 16 years, I took the opportunity to move away from a corporate environment and partner with small- to medium-size businesses. As a consultant for Purpose. People Solutions, I employ my skills and support businesses to help your company achieve its goals. In this role, I’ve partnered with some amazing clients, who are resilient, focused and full of enthusiasm for the business they work in. One of the skills I bring to my position is the ability to engage and adapt my style to a range of different situations and environments.

Passion

Outside of work, I have a passion for travel and engaging with people from all backgrounds and walks of life. Meeting new people and experiencing new places brings me great joy.
