How we Enhanced Trenton Internationals Health and Safety
Trenton International is a hospitality supplies company that has a warehouse and distribution arm with multiple locations across the country.
The company needed a new set of eyes to appraise its systems, policies and practices, with the aim of addressing gaps and recommending change. It also wanted to build relationships as well as drive and maintain improvements. Most of all, Company Director Dean Reiner wanted a fruitful long-term partnership with an HR services company.
In this engagement, Purpose. People Solutions consultant Heather Campbell works at Trenton International one day a week, focusing on work, health and safety, with supplementary HR tasks as required.
